Synexa ApS — Privacy notice
Legal information
Data controller
Synexa ApS · CVR 46374975 · Brandts Passage 29, 1., 5000 Odense C, Denmark
Synexa ApS, CVR 46374975, is the controller for its own website section, cookie choices and enquiries and matters concerning it. Each company is responsible for processing whose purposes and means it determines. Group membership does not automatically authorise data sharing or extend consent to other companies.
For privacy information or to exercise your rights, email info@synera.dk and name Synexa ApS. This is a shared contact address: your message must be directed to the relevant company.
Cookiebot and consent verification
Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S) is connected to manage and verify cookie choices. It may process technical request data and record the choice. Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag are prepared but disabled: no statistics or marketing tracking starts, even if you select optional categories.
Local choices remain separate for the company shown and for each language. Cookiebot also uses the necessary domain cookie CookieConsent, lasting up to 12 months according to service settings. The provider log is separate from the local preference; its association with each controller is still being verified. Consent for Synera does not authorise the other companies.
Website visits and enquiries
The hosting and security services may process your IP address, request time, browser information and technical request data to deliver and protect the website. When you email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to provide. The website has no contact form, customer account or newsletter registration.
Purposes and legal bases
Website delivery, security and ordinary business correspondence rely on legitimate interests in operating the website, preventing misuse and answering relevant enquiries under GDPR Article6(1)(f). Article6(1)(b) applies to a contract or requested pre-contract steps where you personally are a party. Article6(1)(c) applies to legal obligations. A business enquiry does not itself constitute marketing consent.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised personnel, the company handling the matter and relevant hosting, security, email and IT providers receive access as needed. Disclosure also occurs where legally required.
International processing
The location of processing depends on the hosting and email services used. Where a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, the applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards must cover that processing. Contact info@synera.dk for information about the arrangements applicable to your data; provider information is available through the links below.
Retention criteria
Enquiries and attachments are kept as needed for the matter, a subsequent relationship, relevant legal obligations or claims. Unnecessary information is deleted or restricted. Technical data follows security needs and the service’s actual settings. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your matter.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact info@synera.dk. You may complain to the Danish supervisory authority, Datatilsynet.
We normally respond to rights requests within one month.
Voluntary contact and updates
You choose whether to contact us. Without sufficient contact and project information, we may be unable to answer or prepare a proposal. The website source contains no automated decision-making or profiling tools. Updated 1 November 2026. The actual domain, service providers and retention settings are recorded by the controller for the deployed service.
